Kiboko means hippo in Swahili. It's a fitting name for a coffee roastery that's bold, grounded, and deeply at home in Africa. Like the hippo, we're not the loudest in the room - but we carry real weight, and we show up every single day.

We're a South African coffee roastery built on a simple belief: that great coffee should be accessible, consistent, and something people look forward to. Whether it's the first cup of the morning or the last meeting of the day, Kiboko coffee is there.

We source from farms, not commodity markets. We roast to order, not to stock. And we tell you exactly what's in the bag.

Every batch carries over 30 years of collective expertise in sourcing, roasting, and blending. We don't cut corners, and we don't hide behind marketing. What's in the bag is what we say it is.
