Kiboko Coffee Co (Pty) Ltd operates the website kibokocoffeeco.com. We are registered in South Africa and conduct operations from Johannesburg. Our business encompasses Direct-to-Consumer e-commerce, Coffee as a Service agreements with offices and corporate clients, distributor and wholesale partnerships, and marketplace sales (Takealot and other platforms).

2. Products and Services

Kiboko Coffee Co offers specialty coffee beans and ground coffee, Melt'd by Kiboko craft beverage powders, coffee equipment and machinery, Coffee as a Service arrangements, and equipment servicing and maintenance.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order through our site, making a purchase on a marketplace platform, or entering into a service agreement with Kiboko Coffee Co, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These terms apply to all customers: retail consumers, corporate clients, distributors, and resellers.

4. Orders and Availability

All orders are subject to acceptance by Kiboko Coffee Co. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if a product is unavailable, pricing is inaccurate, or payment is declined. If an ordered item is unavailable, we will offer a refund, substitute, or backorder.

5. Payment

We accept Visa and MasterCard via Yoco. Payment processing is secured through Yoco (Pty) Ltd using industry-standard SSL encryption; card details are not stored on our servers. All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).

6. Delivery

Orders placed before 12h00 on weekdays are processed and dispatched within 3 to 10 working days depending on availability and location. We currently deliver within South Africa only, via Postnet, Courier Guy, or our internal logistics partners.

7. Damaged or Broken Items

If you receive a damaged item, note this on the delivery note at the time of delivery. If damage is discovered upon unpacking, contact us within 24 hours with photographic evidence.

8. Returns and Refunds

Most products may be returned within 14 days if you change your mind. Coffee beans, ground coffee, opened Melt'd powders, coffee filters, opened capsules or pods, and instant coffee are non-returnable. A 10 percent handling fee applies to voluntary returns. See our Refund Policy for full details.

9. Wrong or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact us the same day. Do not open or consume the item. We will arrange collection at our cost and dispatch the correct item.

10. Coffee as a Service Agreements

CaaS arrangements provide office and corporate clients with coffee equipment, supply management, and maintenance on a recurring basis. Equipment remains the property of Kiboko Coffee Co unless otherwise specified. Agreements specify recurring charges and a minimum term.

11. Distributor and Wholesale Terms

Wholesale and distributor pricing is available to qualified businesses on approval. Pricing is confidential. Distributors may not use Kiboko Coffee Co trademarks without written permission.

12. Marketplace Sales

Sales through third-party marketplaces such as Takealot are subject to these Terms and to the marketplace's own terms, which take precedence for transactions on that platform.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on our site is the property of Kiboko Coffee Co or licensed to us. Trademarks including Kiboko Coffee Co, Kiboko, and Melt'd by Kiboko may not be used without authorization.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

Kiboko Coffee Co processes personal information in accordance with POPIA. See our Privacy Policy for details.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiboko Coffee Co is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.

16. Warranties

Products are supplied as-is, with warranties as required by South African consumer protection law.

17. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, escalating to mediation or arbitration under South African law if needed.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Kiboko Coffee Co designates Johannesburg, South Africa for all legal purposes.

19. Variations and Updates

Kiboko Coffee Co reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting.
